Discovering Resilience

As we navigate these challenging times, stability and predictability have been shaken. In various ways, events have taken a toll on each of us. Most of us have experienced some form of trauma. Help is on the way in this very special workshop! Join us and learn practical ways to relieve stress and increase resilience.

Your Enneagram type brings patterns of thoughts, reactions and emotions – and also essential qualities that act as gifts of resilience. Both play an integral role in understanding how you move into stress and trauma and how you resolve it.

During this interactive workshop, we will explore how stressors become trauma, how that impacts us and what we can do about it. You will learn:

• What is felt and present in all 3 centers – body, heart & head
• How to observe and describe trauma without being re-traumatized
• What to access as resilience in your Enneagram Type
• Interventions that you can do on your own
• To identify when trauma is too much for you to handle alone

Who Should Attend

This workshop is open to all who desire to gain a deeper understanding of trauma. It will be beneficial to know your Enneagram type but it is not required.
