Introduce the Narrative approach to the Enneagram
with Renée Rosario & Christopher T. Copeland
The Enneagram is a dynamic system that describes nine personality types each with distinct habits of feeling, thinking and behaving. Each type has a coherent pattern in how the world is perceived, yet is biased by perceptual filters that cloak or amplify certain aspects of reality. With great accuracy, the Enneagram allows you to look deeply within your own character and to clarify relationships with your partner, family members, friends, clients and co-workers.
In this class we will:
- Explore the nine types as described by the Enneagram
- Reveal the primary motivation for each type
- Practice body-centered awareness techniques to work with your type
- Engage the psychological, spiritual, and somatic pathways for growth and transformation
Using the Narrative approach, this workshop will provide the opportunity to hear directly from people sharing experiences of their type. This brings the Enneagram to life and develops greater compassion and curiosity for self and others.
Learn about this transformational resource and crack open your Enneagram understanding.
